Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form or email or call us, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, the services you're interested in, and your message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the general location (city or region), device and browser type, and how you found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information.

Our site may also display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings or learn more at aboutads.info.

Information from Google accounts (TGRW Visibility Tracker)

If you are a client and choose to connect your Google account to the TGRW Visibility Tracker, we request read-only or limited access, with your permission, to data such as:

  • Google Search Console: search performance data for your website (queries, impressions, clicks, and pages)
  • Google Analytics: website traffic and engagement reports
  • Google Business Profile: your business listing information and performance insights

We also store the access credentials (OAuth tokens) Google issues so the tracker can refresh your reports. We never see or store your Google password.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and provide the services you request
  • To run the TGRW Visibility Tracker for your business and prepare reports and recommendations for you
  • To understand and improve our website and services
  • To send you service-related messages, such as project updates or invoices
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

How we use Google user data

TGRW Tech's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We use Google user data only to provide and improve the reporting features of the TGRW Visibility Tracker for the account owner who connected it.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service (for example, our hosting and database providers), to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
  • No person reads your Google data except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when needed to provide the reports you asked for.
  • We do not use Google user data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

You can disconnect the TGRW Visibility Tracker from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can also ask us to delete the data and tokens we have stored by emailing admin@tgrwtech.com. We will delete it within 30 days.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy and security terms, including:

  • Formspree, which processes our website contact form
  • Google (Analytics, AdSense, and Google APIs)
  • Netlify, which hosts our website and the Visibility Tracker
  • Supabase, which stores Visibility Tracker data

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or merger of our business.

Data retention and security

We keep contact and client information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations. Visibility Tracker data is kept while you are a client and deleted on request or within a reasonable time after our work together ends. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, but no method of storing or sending data online is 100% secure.

Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing admin@tgrwtech.com.
  • You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
