These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tgrwtech.com and the services provided by TGRW Tech LLC ("TGRW Tech," "we," "us"), including the TGRW Visibility Tracker. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Our services
TGRW Tech provides web design and development, hosting and maintenance, marketing and social media management, ads management, SEO and AI search optimization, AI chatbots and automation, AI training, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any project are set out in a written proposal, quote, or agreement between you and TGRW Tech. If that document conflicts with these Terms, the proposal or agreement controls.
Quotes, pricing, and payment
- Prices on our website are starting points and may change. Your price is the one in your written quote or proposal.
- Monthly services are billed in advance each month unless your agreement says otherwise, and continue until cancelled as described in your agreement.
- Late or missed payments may lead to paused work or services, including hosting.
- Third-party costs, such as ad spend, domain registration, premium plugins, or software subscriptions, are your responsibility unless your agreement says otherwise.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback needed to complete your project.
- Confirm you have the right to use any content, images, logos, or trademarks you give us.
- Keep any account credentials you share with us, or that we create for you, secure.
- Use our services lawfully and not for spam, fraud, or infringing or harmful content.
TGRW Visibility Tracker
The TGRW Visibility Tracker is our custom tool for measuring a business's SEO, GEO, AIO, and AEO performance. If you connect a Google account (such as Search Console, Google Analytics, or Google Business Profile), you authorize us to access that data only to provide reports and recommendations to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time. Reports reflect the data available at the time and may contain estimates.
No guaranteed results
Search engines and AI tools like Google, ChatGPT, and others control their own rankings, results, and recommendations, and they change frequently. We use recognized best practices, but we cannot guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, number of leads, ad performance, or mention or citation by any AI tool.
Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full, you own the final website content and design files created specifically for you, except for third-party components (such as themes, fonts, stock images, plugins, or software), which are licensed under their own terms. TGRW Tech keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, code, templates, and know-how, including the TGRW Visibility Tracker. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
The content of tgrwtech.com, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to TGRW Tech and may not be copied without permission.
Third-party services
Our website and services rely on third parties such as hosting providers, Google, Meta, form processors, and AI providers. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or changes they make, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska.
